60 minute Quick Coaching© session

60 minute Quick Coaching© session: This is a prepaid 60 minute session using the Quick Coaching Approach©-(see description on our Services page). It is primarily to help you regulate your nervous system quickly. This Quick Coaching© option allows you to book it quickly rather than waiting to be added to our regular schedule. To utilize this service, you must complete the initial Free Meet You session, and one additional 60 minute traditional prepaid Coaching session so you can learn about the modalities we use, especially Brainspotting.
