This is usually not done as a direct hands-on modality with our CranioSacral Therapist. *This type of treatment uses Trauma Informed Practices; It is not therapy or counseling. *It may help improve body and nervous system function and regulation, improve wellness, decrease pain and tension, improve mobility and circulation, improve brain function, performance, or improved creativity, and more. *This option requires an initial 30 minutes of prepaid Brainspotting Coaching to prepare you for use of Brainspotting in your session.

Coaching for Addictions & Unwanted Behaviors
Helping you cope today with the addiction or unwanted behavior you struggle with so you can get your brain and body regulated to allow you to move forward with less delay. This is an individual 60 minute prepaid coaching session. One of the main modalities that will be used is Brainspotting for Addictions. It is based on the Crocodile Setup developed by Dr. Roby Abeles. Once the initial prepaid session has been completed, it is possible to utilize our Quick Coaching Approach© for shorter sessions if desired. Intensive coaching sessions are also available. *Brainspotting is a specialty technique for processing emotions and regulating the nervous system. It is useful in cases of trauma, but can also be used to build performance in health and wellness areas.



Virtual Pantry Makeover
This Coaching service is based on your particular health and dietary needs and goals and may utilizes some of the principles and tools from the Dr. Sears health and wellness coaching approach to better health. This service will be done over Zoom and at least 2 sessions are suggested. The first 60 minute session is mostly educational and will introduce you to specific health and dietary information and tools that will help you make better health and dietary choices. The second 60 minute session will actually be a hands-on look at the things in your pantry with your participation. This will include how to evaluate and makeover your pantry specific to your health, dietary, and nutrition goals. Additional pantry makeover sessions are available based on your needs and interests. The free **Initial Meet You Coaching Session is required prior to scheduling your Virtual Pantry Makeover. Following this, an initial two sessions are suggested.


Coaching with Brainspotting for Caregivers

It is useful in cases of ongoing stress and trauma, but can also be used to enhance coping in health and wellness areas.
Support Group & Classes

CrocWatch© Addiction and Unwanted Behaviors Support Group:
A small bi-monthly coaching support group to help you continue to cope with Addictions and Unwanted Behaviors. Various coaching techniques including Brainspotting may be used to help you stay clean, sober, dry, and functioning at your best. Based on Dr. Roby Abeles Addiction Setup Model. *Focus of the groups will be on present challenges, coping, body and brain regulation skills, and future goals and support. You must complete The Initial Meet You Coaching session and at least one initial prepaid private coaching session as a prerequisite to group participation. This session will be to identify your immediate challenges and issues, define your desired goals, and to become trauma and neurologically informed as to how these addictions and behaviors affect your brain and body. This is also so we can discuss which type of group you want to join, (alcohol, drugs, sex addiction, gambling, etc), timeframes, and instruction in the use of Brainspotting techniques prior to group participation. A sample Brainspotting demonstration/practice may be a part of this initial session. Once you have completed the two required prerequisite sessions, you will be added to the Zoom group.
Support Group for Caregivers of Clients with Alzheimer's or Dementia
This group of 10-12 people is for Caregivers who have loved ones who need care and are feeling overwhelmed or alone in their struggles to support their loved ones. The group will be held over Zoom and will be scheduled with a consensus of all group participant's preferred times. Group topics will be decided by the group members and/or the Support Group Coach. Brainspotting will be one of the modalities used to help caregivers cope with their stressors.

T’ai Chi Chih® Movement Therapy-Class Instruction and Practice Group
A bi-weekly coaching and practice group to help you learn and practice this meditative type T’ai Chi movement therapy. There are 19 movements, one pose, and a few breath sounds. They are all at an easy level. Classes will be held over Zoom and are scheduled at 830 am PST and are 30 minutes for total class time. Classes will follow this format for each class: A-learn a new technique, B-practice of a previously learned technique, C-class discussion and/or problem solving. The techniques can be adapted by our instructor to help you practice it in the most comfortable or adapted position you need for your particular needs. Classes also allow for one caregiver to attend with a minimal additional charge in cases where this includes a prepaid participant needing extra assistance.

This is an optional 6 or 8 week class series to teach you Positive Discipline Parenting Skills with a group of other parents. You will learn and practice skills and behaviors to create a positive and empowered approach to parenting, rather than one that is punishment based. Class instruction is based on the Positive Discipline Parenting approach developed by Jane Nelsen, Ed.D.
