A small bi-monthly coaching support group to help you continue to cope with Addictions and Unwanted Behaviors. Various coaching techniques including Brainspotting may be used to help you stay clean, sober, dry, and functioning at your best. Based on Dr. Roby Abeles Addiction Setup Model
*At least one initial prepaid private coaching session is a prerequisite to group participation.
*Focus of the groups will be on present challenges, coping, body and brain regulation skills, and future goals and support.

Support Group Fees: We do not accept insurance.
Standard Fees (as of 09/2025) are as follows: $80 per month (includes 2 sessions) **after one initial private coaching session
Groups are scheduled and held based on a waiting list.

We accept credit and debit cards, Square, Paypal, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, and Venmo.
Coaching is also available in individual sessions to address addictions or unwanted behaviors.
